The processing of Users' personal data is carried out by TourScanner Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (160 Robinson Road, #14-04, 068914, Singapore), owner of the Hotellista brand (Hotellista, we, our).

2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
Users' personal data are processed for the following purposes:

3. Categories of Data Processed
Hotellista processes the following data:
- identification and contact details (name, surname, email address, user ID);
- booking-related data (dates, selected hotel, booking amount and payment details);
- technical access data (access logs, IP address, technical cookies).
No sensitive or special category data is processed.
4. Source of Data
Personal data is provided:
- directly by the User through Hotellista at the time of registration or booking.
5. Disclosure and Recipients of Data
Data may be shared exclusively with:
- Hotels where bookings are made, for the management of the stay;
- Payment service providers, for the processing of transactions;
- Technical service providers delivering hosting, maintenance and IT support, designated as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR.
Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained:
- for the period necessary to deliver the service and fulfil contractual and legal obligations (generally up to 24 months from the date of booking);
- thereafter, in limited form, for the purposes of legal defence or regulatory obligations.
7. International Data Transfers
Hotellista, operating through TourScanner Pte Ltd (Singapore), processes data internationally. Where data is transferred across borders, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for transfers from the EU/EEA, and equivalent measures for users in other jurisdictions, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
Depending on your country of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. Users located in the EU/EEA may exercise the rights set out in Arts. 15–22 GDPR; users in other jurisdictions may have equivalent rights under their local law. These may include:
- access to their personal data;
- rectification or updating of their data;
- erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- restriction of or objection to processing;
- data portability.

Hotellista uses only technical and functional cookies that are strictly necessary for the correct operation of the site and the management of the login session.
No third-party profiling or analytics cookies are used.

Hotellista may periodically update this Privacy Notice. Any changes will be published on the website and will take effect from the update date indicated at the top of this document.
